Orders piled up, deadlines slipped, and customer satisfaction suffered. Expanding in-house was too slow and expensive, so we reimagined the operating model—building a network of print partners to scale capacity without adding infrastructure.

Ordering Print Was Time-Consuming and Confusing

Customers often compare prices, turnaround times, and delivery options across a dozen sites—each with different specs and limitations. We simplified that experience with a KAYAK-inspired quoting system that brings customization, pricing, and delivery options into one easy interface—making complex print jobs effortless to order.

Most printers used pen and paper. This vision digitizes the workflow and orchestrated logistics by dynamically routing jobs, order management, analytics, and last-mile courier integrations. The interface highlights revenue potential and analytics for GMs, and production data and logistics for operations managers.

Customers don’t want to fill out endless forms—they just want a rough estimate fast. We redesigned the discovery-to-quote flow to interpret search intent and cut the quoting process from 21 steps to 3.

Instead of confusing dropdowns, customization options are now visual—helping customers instantly see the difference between finishes and add-ons. The result: faster decisions, higher confidence, and larger order values.

Using AI to Fix Common Errors, Cutting Down Processing Time From Days to Seconds

Preparing a file for print is hard. And customers don't know how to fix common errors like low resolution or adding bleeds.

Using AI, the system interprets uploaded file, fixes it, and displays a preview. What took several days and back-and-forth emails now takes seconds. Good for customers, and great for suppliers who don't have to run pre-press tasks.
