SUPPLY SIDE
Orders piled up, deadlines slipped, and customer satisfaction suffered. Expanding in-house was too slow and expensive, so I reimagined the operating model—building a network of print partners to scale capacity without adding infrastructure.
DEMAND SIDE
Customers often compare prices, turnaround times, and delivery options across a dozen sites—each with different specs and limitations. Inspired by travel booking sites, I simplified the experience to bring customization, pricing, and delivery options into one single interface—making what was a previously complex order experience, completely effortless.
Created a service design blueprint:
Mapped out the end-to-end flow and focused on key parts of the experience.
Used data to prioritize work:
Focused what drove the most revenue for consumers and efficiency for suppliers.
Leveraged a design system:
Used a React component library to speed up development.
Prototyped using code:
Built apps with Cursor, enabling faster development cycles.
Tested on real users:
Task flow analysis on real consumers and suppliers.
Handed off to developers:
Provided dev team with specs.
